I?ve been coming here for years, and have always put up with the grumpy guy behind the counter because it?s local and convenient for our company. So when I went in and was served by the young lad, I was quite pleased., he was extremely helpful and polite. However, that soon changed when he needed some advice off the grumpy guy. He was rude and confrontational to the young lad who said he was struggling with a new computer system. He came over, rolling his eyes and tutting all the time, huffing and puffing... and and then he was also rude to me! An uncomfortable customer experience, and one that I will not be repeating. Time for management to do some mystery shopping to see what it?s really like, and what other customers are all saying?

Carry most tools great service

Poor, went into shop and I was expected to know where to go I.e which counter. Spoken to as if I was stupid. Dropped off 7 tools to have work done. When received back nothing had been done. Tools missing parts and not serviced as requested. Rang back and I was promised a call back, over a month later and still nothing. Had our money for doing nothing and not interested.

If you need a tool these guys will probably stock it ,very friendly staff, prices competitive with online vendors as well
