Parking: Parking is to the rear, lots.
Some at front but not any spaces usually.
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a mobility scooter, plenty of space

They aren't ready for lunchtime rushes from 11.30am to 1.30pm. Food missing off the Menu. No Gluten free and limited Vegan choices too. The Greggs on the Square needs to be bigger. It's just too small for the volume of Customers.

This shop is too small, you can't get around when more than 3 people are in there! The queue prevents proper access and exits. The food isn't getting better but the prices go up. I generally avoid Greggs at all costs as their food never agrees with me. The service from the staff feels fine. I do enjoy their cakes and donuts but again the price is too high for what you get. I guess Greggs fan's will be glad this area has this option at least. There is seating available inside and out which is a plus. It is always busy im sure other revisers will score it higher.

Ordered today (23rd Sept) via UberEats - double breakfast roll deal with Americano, oval sandwich deal with Americano and 4x filled doughnuts. The biggest problem was that the breakfast roll wasn't remotely warm, so the bacon was hard and chewy. Usually cold food is the driver's fault but on this occasion he took only 7 minutes from store to my door, not enough time for it to go that cold IF it had been packed at the correct temperature to begin with. The egg on the roll didn't taste of anything considering it's meant to have cheese in it. I paid for extra bacon and egg but it doesn't say when ordering that you're only paying for an extra 'half' helping of each and tiny helpings at that. Overall, a terrible breakfast. The lettuce on the sandwich was visibly degraded in quality and obviously not fresh, otherwise the sandwich was fine. The doughnuts were packed on their side so the 'bottom' two were squashed out of shape and the chocolate topping stuck to the box. The coffee was really bitter, no quality in it at all. The best thing about the order was the two free glazed ring doughnuts for spending over £15 - they were tasty. I know Greggs isn't expensive but I still expect a certain level of standards and quality, both of which were not met for me today. And to send out cold food that should by law be stored at a minimum hot temperature, speaks volumes about how little the store cares about customer satisfaction and/or their reputation. But, as is often the case for me, if Google reviews are gospel then it seems I'm the only one who either has above-average standards or has the worst luck.
