Do not let the others reviews put you off going to this store.
I went to the store and the mature Indian lady who likes chocolate Huel was a great help and very professional.
I would have given five stars but when you speak to customer services on the phone it's a complete shambles as you given the run around.
Vodafone have a very poor telephone customer services.
Very much Chuckle Brothers. Too me too you.
Please ignore the negative reviews for this store as the customer face to face experience is excellent.
Please be patient as computer system is sluggish and not the representative's fault. ????

Very poor customer service, was told they could transfer my phone app's and numbers to my new phone (didn't tell me there was a £25 fee) was also misled on information regarding a trade in, assistant told me that I could have the money transferred back to my bank account (which they don't) I could only have it deducted monthly over 24 months. Overall a very poor service received from the West Bromwich store. Would definitely not recommend!!!!!!!

Poor customer service

I was mislead on purpose by a dishonest manager at the store who claimed I failed a credit check and suggested I buy two additional lines to pass. He also lied about my bad credit history to charge me an extra £20 a month due to this. The saleswoman also lied about the monthly plan which was £180 per month. I felt something was off and got up to leave, they then offered to lower the price to make a sale, I realised something was off and left. Later, Vodafone customer service informed me I had passed the credit check, and the store staff had lied to make a sale. I was able to upgrade directly from customer service and filed a complaint against the store and its staff. Please avoid this store at all costs.
