My boyfriend and I visited the branch yesterday to book our first holiday together for July 2024? we went in with absolutely no idea where we wanted to go just with dates and a budget. Chenai went the extra mile going through numerous destinations and hotels, and helping us shortlist a number of hotels. She was extremely knowledgeable on the areas- how far they were from the beach, the local towns, what the nightlife was like. We honestly couldn?t have asked for a better service. Would 100% recommend Chenai!! Thank you so much!

Booked an appointment in store with Lucy- Lovely lady! Had so much patience with us as we were booking for 25 people. Eventually found us a lovely hotel in Cyrpus and can?t wait to go in 2024! We went into store wanting information on how to book our wedding, not expecting much thinking we would just be told that we have to deal with over seas to arrange our wedding, but we was greeted by Lucy and she was amazing so informative and she was very professional put us both at ease and without a shadow of doubt we booked our special day, if it wasn't for Lucy we may have hesitated but we just knew we was in very capable hands we couldn't have been put with anyone better, huge thank you to Lucy what a credit to tui.
