This shop is an absolute joke. No respect for covid restrictions at all. It was a free-for-all to get served. I counted 29 people in this small shop. The manager decided to move everyone over to the one side as she was bringing food in for her staff, I was next in line to be served and some rude people behind me formed another queue. The staff did not care and were serving anyone that could shout the loudest as to what products they wanted. I will never use this shop again.

What a lovely friendly and polite lady I came across today at the fragrance shop Her name was Jenny, certainly came out her way to wrap a gift i had brought, her customer service skills were exceptional. Honestly she is a credit to your Fragrance shop.

Staff was friendly and helpful bought extra because of a saving she pointed out to me. I spent an extra £3 and got 2 good 100ml after shave for My dad for a lovely price.

The service was great! My order was ready to collect even before the store had opened in the morning, meaning I could collect it as soon as I needed. The staff are really friendly and helpful. An overall smooth and positive experience.
