Customer service at this store seems to get worse and worse with every visit, glad they?ve opened a new store so we don?t have to put up with this anymore.
Every time I visit there is one sales assistant in particular (Black woman with short hair) who is unnecessarily rude and very condescending.
You ask her a simple question and she starts huffing and puffing. Some of the things she said during my last visit, you would think she was telling off a young child and not talking to a customer?! All because she was frustrated with previous customers (who she was still bad-mouthing at the time of my visit!).
I?m absolutely appalled that she thinks it?s okay to speak to customers this way. You?ve *chosen* to work in a customer-facing role.. basic manners will take you a long way.

They dont have testers for the most of products thats why i call for assistance . That girl does not help me and call the security to have look on us so that we should not open the any item . Is this a kind of customer service ?? If i have to open the item then why i asked for testers ?First of all they should focus on the testers to eliminate the opening of items not to use security for every single shoppers to have a look on them.??
