No one answers the phone just got my son a pair of goal keeper gloves only to find the security tag still inside. Long wait times even when the que is short. Terrible staff and customer service in general. Have phoned the store 7 times. Now I will be kicking off when I get there and will be expecting some sort of compensation for time and fuel wasted

You have to walk in and pick something up straight away, or else the staff working there will follow you as if you're trying to steal. I have money to spend on new clothes, but it would take me a week to go around West Bromwich?one day looking for a jacket, another day for jeans. But how can I go back to that place with the manager and the employee wearing a head covering acting strange and following everyone like they?re potential thieves? They?re really ignorant.

Went in to west brom shop today staff don't want to help. I waited 20 mins and no one turned up i approcahed one member of staff who fobbed me off saying someone will be with you i waited anther 15 mins and no one came so I walked out. Joke of a place

Went in there today and asked to try on some trainers. The one girl that was on the shoe section was too busy trying to pressure an elderly lady to set something up on her phone. (I?m assuming some sort of store card, that she gets commission for). Even though the lady told her a few times, she?s not comfortable with it, as it was asking her a lot of personal questions. I then managed to get someone to check the trainers that I wanted to try on, I was told they?ll bring them up for me. 15 mins later I was still waiting. And In the end I just walked out. Pathetic service

Highly disappointed by the staff of this branch. Totally ignored their customers especially the ones with little kids. I was there to buy trainers for my kids and despite asking for the pair twice, the sales person totally ignored my request . I even went to the till to ask for help but no avail. The store was not even that busy but the staff seemed incapable of tending to their customers and were highly unprofessional.

Ignorant staff and have no clue what are they doing.
Very disappointed with the service at this Sports Direct center. On two consecutive visits, I encountered staff who appeared untrained and unhelpful, resulting in poor customer experiences.
This reflects a lack of professionalism and adequate training among the team.
I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve staff behavior and service quality.

Worst store i ever been to , i was waiting 25 mins for someone to come help me but nobody came , i even asked staff on the till to ask what is taking so long but they were rude

I am very disappointed with the west brom branch. The staff treated us as children, they have been rushing us to leave, it was 7.40pm. The box with shoes has been taken away from us for no reason and taken to the till without explaining what is going on. We tried one pair of shoes, and wanted to try a little bigger one and again the staff wanted to rush us. We will not come back to that shop, I have been many times in other branches as the staff was great. Not recommend this shop at all.
