I've always been to specsavers, and being as I was always in West Bromwich I thought I would give them another go, oh how I was wrong. At the eye test I was told I needed a field test due to gluecoma in the family, went to the machine and apparently it wasn't working, I wasn't told to come back the following day the answer was it doesn't matter.? Picked my glasses as I was told I had one voucher, even with one pair of glasses and lens replaced in my readers I was being quoted nearly £300, I had never paid that much, the following week the fun and games, I picked my glasses up I had paid for thinner lenses and they were not and then I'm told I'd got 2 vouchers which I hadn't been told before, I wasn't satisfied at all with the workmen ship on the glasses and I wasn't going to pay any more, I had my money back and went elsewhere for better quality and cheaper but I'm getting emails asking if my glasses are ok and if I'm happy with them. You need to communicate more. No not happy with specsavers.......

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Both the same prescription but one pair was correct other pair was awful could not see out of them. They tried to say it was me. Until they checked. They had put someone else lens in the frame. Totally useless. No apology. Won?t be using again

Always chaotic, running late and overall bad service and incompetent staff. Would not recommend.

2 years since my last review and havent noticed much difference. Cant get through on phone leave a message asking for a call back and nothing.
