The staff at West Bromwich River Island are always so helpful, always smiling and professional, l don’t know any of them personally but l always feel like l have had a great shopping experience when l come out. I can’t say that about many shops now unfortunately.

Absolutely dreadful customer service never again will I go into this outlet attitude of staff is terrible and the manger is a unworthy of the title of manager .
