One of the staff member named ?Mandy? were incredibly rude towards my mother for no apparent reason, my mom was trying to speak English towards them, however their rudeness took over them and I am incredibly disappointed by the way they mistreated my own mother. Would not recommend to go there!!!

Have been coming here for a while and the staff are always incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. The negative reviews seem like a vocal minority to me.

Always closed, staff are miserable & multiple parcels of mine have gone missing when being delivered there within a matter of weeks. Clearly some employees of Royal Mail can't keep their hands to themselves!

Such a bad service .Once I wanted recorded so charged me for special delivery recorded instead of signed for 1 class saying this is recorded.Other time I am sending small letter signed for less than 100 g but lady by the till says this is large letter . I didn't agree as this was only bubble envelope with one paper inside.. When she put in the size checker was getting through but stopped in the and so one little touch would push it completely but she said it's not getting through.They want to rob you from any penny.Disgusting!
