Poor customer service, which seems to have deteriorated even more over the years! Whenever you go there, never more than two or three staff working . They are extremely slow, rude, and unattentive. Compared to other branches, it's embarrassing. I don't think this branch has a general manager

NatWest West Bromwich branch has to be one of the worst banks for customer service in this town.\\n\\nWith the exception of a couple of members of staff, the rest are unhelpful \\u0026 lack professionalism.\\n\\nLast month, I was there to undertake some banking on behalf of a relative and I could see and hear a member of staff being totally disrespectful towards a customer who clearly had a language barrier. Member of staff was speaking to the customer in a very disparaging manner and at one point stated for all to hear ?if you?re going to live in this country, you need to learn English?. How she possibly know whether this person is or isn?t trying?\\n\\nI?ve personally experienced negativity from various members of staff.\\n\\nJust not friendly at all.\\n\\nWill be changing banking provider as soon as possible.\\n\\nI?ve also experienced their telephone banking service \\u0026 also chat via their app. And this too is in desperate need of an overhaul.

Staff is extremely slow and moves slower than the turtle. Always a long cue. They are always understaffed and doesn?t help much

Came here with a complicated issue, and wanted to say a huge thanks to the staff, particularly the female manager (long dark brown hair, apologies I didn't catch your name!) for assisting me earlier this week. Professional, understanding, clear with information, even tried her best to come up with other possible solutions to help me, whilst taking care of speaking to someone over the website bot much better than I could have. Thank you for your time!

Now days you have to wait every place you go, the waiting time was slightly longer than expected one on a till and another helping in the bank areaI did not have any issue with the staff and have been using this branch more than the other in the area

Disgusting customer service at this branch never in my life have I been treated so disgustingly I?ve been with this bank for over 20 years now and have recommended to many people but since I?ve moved this is now my nearest branch, I arrived there well before closing time on 18/12/20 around 40 minutes until closing and was told i could not use the teller service because it was only open for business customers not only that but i couldn?t use it on the Saturday either i would have to wait until Monday they had a machine there which you could put money in but they had it turned off do not use this bank unless you live far from this branch!!

Had a terrible experience with "Rosie". She did not want to help and was rude and carried on as if what I was asking her was a complete inconvenience to her. Here I was thinking she was "Customer Service!!" She even held her hand up to me to tell me to shut up!! While we were waiting, she played on her phone and logged into her Facebook! Appalling service.
