I use this branch - and the online app - very often. Sometimes there is a queue at the branch but that all depends on the time of day I go. I've been a member since 2006 and I've always been happy with the customer service I've received. I have general banter and a laugh & joke with the staff. I hope this branch remains open. And I love the new Nationwide TV ad too.

Generally a nice branch and decent staff. I like it as it's nice tidy clean branch with fairly low footfall. It has a ramp access with electrically operated door for less abled customers which is good. It has a single internal paying in and cash out ATM. I have been using this branch for nearly a decade. I have given it 4 stars as it is not outstanding and in need of modernisation. I would recommend this branch to others.

Very helpful staff. Cashier had never done the transaction I wanted to do but the manager helped him through it. She was also helping another member of staff as well as assisting her own customer. They talked me through my transaction process very clearly. Great experience

If there was no stars Available I would just not even give 1! The pakistani or Indian guy very rood and I wear to collect my Bank Statements witch I was ordered the phone me that is ready to collect? but keep me there for more than 20 minutes and there wasn?t anybody in queue. He should not be in such a place ?! His name I asked for is Adrise ?!

During my experience here, while the shopfront was itself very nice with a seating area for waiting, there was 3 staff in the whole building, meaning long queues and wait time.

Took a friend there to open an account today stood in the queue for 20 minutes then finally got seen im a member of the building society for 17 plus years and tried to recommend my friend staff were very unhelpful and didn't want to help my friend open an account. So we left and went to visit Halifax instead. After 17 years of ne being a customer here I do not recommend this place the staff were very unhelpful and there was no customer service at all with them

She is extremely caring, patient and meticulous at reviewing the cause of the problem that has now been resolved thanks to her effort.My experience today as a customer is she went above and beyond of what was expected of her.
