This branch of Nandos is by far the best one in Birmingham!!!
Joe was looking after us and our food came out in less than 3 minutes!!!! I hadn?t even got my sauces and the food had arrived. I thought it may have been someone else or it may have been cold etc but it was perfect.
Joe went out his way to make us feel comfortable and was extremely helpful, great member of staff

Disgusting, I place an order through the app, the deliveroo driver did not even attempt to deliver my order, not once did he knock on my door. When I raised the complaint with Nandos they was so unhelpful. I lost £40 worth of food order. I used my orange reward and lost this too. Despicable company and Despicable deliveroo. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Nandos, FIX YOUR WINGS, I used to love ur wings, great grill and taste, wing roulette was great. But
1. Fanta zero flavour is terrible, I mean orange chicken doesn't sound too bad but too sweet. Also why u gotta name it fanta zero flavour? You cooking ur wings in sweetener???
2. The wing 'bite' is a lot worse than before. What do I mean? When I used to eat there the two bones of the wings seperated easily and clean, and the chicken slid off the bone. But now... it is a whole situation to eat the wings and the two bones don't seperate cleanly so I just get a mess of cartialage in the middle which I need to start twisting and shit to seperate. I was thinking maybe this was a bad bird but it was for EVERY wing. I was like wtf? I was working so hard I couldn't even think about the chicken I was eating. Service was good tho and chips were bangin

Been let down this time. Ordered a collection of loaded fries which we regularly have. Went to collect and upon coming to my car realised no disposble cutlery been given, so had to go back and get them. Opened the takeaway later on and the portion was not as usual, it says it serves 2-3 people, and regularly have this so we know the standard of the portion, this time unfortunately it was likely 1/3 of the portion and with no cheddar cheese at all. Everytime we went for dining in and collection so far, service and food was good but not this time.

A joke staff are unprofessional and look like they should be in school so many times rice is hard chicken is burnt long waits told cant pay cash after being made to wait to be seated for long time when place was not even half full then when i order they have no change god help this place no one gives a shit

Excellent service and food but as with many chain companies now, way too overpriced.
Not much of a wait time to be seated. Noisy atmosphere but family friendly. We were there with a 3 month old in a pram and staff were accommodating
