The workers were extremly rude when all my mother was asking if they have a certain shirt in a specific size as there wasnt any her size.

Went to collect a Click & Collect order at the Oldbury store with the correct confirmation email in hand. Staff loudly insisted the order wasn?t mine due to a first-name mismatch ? despite the surname being correct and proof being shown. No effort was made to verify identity properly (e.g. address, payment method, order contents), and I was spoken to dismissively in front of other customers.
To make it worse, the manager Jas later processed a refund without any checks ? the inconsistency was shocking. Overall, the experience was embarrassing, handled with zero empathy, and far below what I expected from M&S.

Not as big and as fancy as the one in Perry Barr for sure. But, to my surprise, l managed to bag a few items with last price leftovers tags. Can be quite uncomfortable to brose as the space is small and has many calls in. Very friendly staff.

Very useful shop. Good quality clothing from M and S at knock down prices. May not always have the full range of sizes but you may get lucky with some really good deals. If you are non standard size you may have more choice.Worth a visit.
