I am surprised at all the negative reviews. I have been a customer for 20 years and I love the staff at this branch. The manager Nick and his assistant manager Jay have always been helpful and attentive as well as the staff. I just wish they didn't take away the customer service desk which used to be placed at the front.

I had a good experience so far, idk why people are so demanding from bank employees. They just do their job, we can't expect them to show some funny stunts to impress us. I personally find it great so far.

Went in there and had a shocking experience with the customer service skillset. Rude and lazy behaviour is running this place. No care for disabled people either. What's the point in giving your front staff the laptops and tablets if people with crutches need to stand up and go to them when all they need is a simple service like statement for instance. Wouldn't it be more respectful and efficient if staff could go where they are seated and assist them?If you are not built for a customer facing environment or simply not happy with your job, just quit it! There are a lot of people without jobs that would be happy to do it in a grateful way. Whenever you ask a valid question related to bank processes, all you get is silence (in a rude way) or completely random answer that has nothing to do with the question. You end up feeling unwelcome.

Shocking customer service and clear lack of training and knowledge at this branch.Went into the branch multiple times to reopen a help to buy ISA, to be told it?s not possible when I have paperwork to the contrary. Assured they would get in touch with the ISA team to get it reopened to then having no contact and have to revisit the branch for them to lie to me. They repeatedly told me they were in the process of sorting it, took paperwork which then ?wasn?t on the system? when I attempted to resolve the issue myself.There is a severe lack of training and knowledge at this branch, coupled with the poor customer service. If you need anything sorted go to the Walsall branch they are much better and actually have the patience to listen to your problem and attempt to resolve in front of you.

My client lost her bank card. She contacted them about 6 weeks ago and asked one the Lloyd's bank staff to send her a new bank card the staff said that you will receive it within 1 week in the post. She waited 3 weeks after that her social worker contracted and asked them to send her new card one of the staff said its on its way but unfortunately 2 weeks more passed. My client visited the West bromwich branch again one of the staff told her that all posts services are very busy and your card is lost. I have ordered another one to the branch and come back next week Friday or Saturday you card will arrive and we will give it to you, so on Saturday today my client went and one of the staff said we need your ID she showed her a photo of her old bank account which she lost. My cliebt asked the one of the staff just check it for me to see if it's came the. I can go and bring my passport one of the staff responded rudely go and bring it we won't check it to see if it's arrived. My client called me and gave the one to the staff I explained to her that my client came from long way on the bus and she left her children to someone else please give the card to my client. The staff saod that she needs to bring her passport I said she has her BRP and cut the phone on me.My client started crying and left the branch. Nobody will treat a lady like that.I really hope that the Lloyd's bank branch closes down very soon.They're making people cry and giving very hard time, the staff are lying to their customers.I will be making a formal complaint about the West bromwich branch and will not recommend it to anybody.Rude staff, the staff are mot helpful, they're creating problems for their customers. SHAME ON LLOYD'S BANK BRANCH AND THE STAFF INCLUDING THE INDIAN MANAGER WHO CAN'T EVEN TRAIN HIS STAFF AND SOLVE ONE ISSUE. ?????

Other than the little security guard (who's words I ain't using) staff know what their doing but they always are slow don't get things done any time soon it's a killer when your in a rush since 2010 area always been issue quickness

I am not happy with Lloyd's bank and Halifax. Always I had problems with sending money online. And blocked my account and I had to waste my time to contact them.
