I called ahead to ask if an appointment is required for blood pressure check, was told no. On arrival, stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before a member of staff came forward. There were at least 4-5 members of staff present but it took more than 10 minutes for one to come forward. Not even a polite, ? I?ll be with you shortly.? I was told someone will be with me in 5 minutes to do the blood pressure check. I waited for more than 15 minutes. Not one person came forward to say, ?sorry, we know you?re waiting?.? When I pointed out that I had been waiting for over 15 minutes and still not been seen, I was asked whether I?d like to have my pressure checked now, when all the time they knew that was what I was there for. The staff at this pharmacy need to be educated in basic customer service. None in evidence on my visit. Very, very disappointing.

Just want to say a big thank you to Narinder she was so kind helpful yesterday and it?s not been the first time she gave me lots of information and support I didn?t know I could get this lady goes above and beyond. Absolutely brilliant with the children and advice . Whilst waiting for my prescription you see her doing the exact same with every customer/ patient honestly she?s the best thank u Narinder xxx

They have accessed and dispensed my prescription twice without my knowledge or consent. The first time it happened they assured me it wouldn't happen again, yet despite there being a note on my file not to dispense they ignored it and did it again. I've reported them for a Breach of GDPR.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for many years. Narinder is the only reason I go now. She is the only one who knows what she?s doing and the only one who will actually take time out to help you. When Narinder is not there I tend to return at a later time because it appears the other members of staff have no clue about what they are doing. Prior to the pharmacy changing name Harpreet was there and she was of the best pharmacists I have ever come across in terms of patient care and concern for her customers. Since Harpreet has left Narinder is the only one left who actually seems to care about their patient/customer. She?ll give you advice and support along with making the whole process from start to finish friendly and reassuring. If it wasn?t for Narinder I would have changed pharmacy.

I would not even entertain this chemist
The staff on the front counter are awful
My daughter went here today as she could not get into the doctors with our grandson of 23 months old she advised her of what was up with him and would not let the pharmacist look over him and told her to go home and take Calpol
She left the chemist and visited the 1 on Charlemont farm who went above and beyond check the lad over who has got a ear infection
Do not go here until they cahnge or train the staff who are not customer focused disgusting behaviour

absolutely rubbish pharmacy - no idea how they are still operating, i went to collect a prescription and they took over an hour to dispense it and then come back to me and say they don't have the item in stock - after that, the rude asian lady who is always at the counter thought that it was okay with talking about my private matter in front of everyone - this is not professional!!

Lloyds chemist now Stone Cross pharmacy I have been using since I moved into the area 5 years ago excellent service staff are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work ? ?

I've been to stone cross pharmacy and I think they are really helpful the pharmacist name Manraj she is very helpful and polite and yes staff needs to bit fast that's why I am giving 4 stars.
