Please teach your staff how to behave and communicate with customers. They were displaying racist behavior, which is completely unacceptable. Kindly provide them with proper training on ethics and ensure they treat all customers with respect, regardless of their skin color.

Not trying to being racist but the management at the store were very nice and helpful but the young lad and And lady at till looks like Indian ethnic was so rude and not in mood of help at all. I was there to change my stuff due to bad quality and management was there to help and assist at their best but the above mentioned individuals trying their best to not exchange. But after their all effort they give up bcz the management instructed them to change the stuff. Will visit again bcz of management good behaviour but these lads at till need to learn how to do customer service before they join any organisation to not ruin their reputation.

I was stuck finding the right product for me as I'm diabetic and need soft shoes and when I met Sara and requested for help she helped me very well and happily and even helped me order online and helped to pay. She made me feel comfortable.

This is bad for the store as this would of been bought same day Sale lost staff training needed urgently and a little of more thought for the buyer especially when the shops are going through bad times

Terrible experience shop wasn?t even busy and the staff weren?t attending to anything they just walking around the shop without attending to you. You ask thenm to check the sizes they said they don?t have scanners and told me to wait then disappear. One person on the till when the rest are just wandering about chatting to each other loudly- making the shop floor busy when it?s not even actually busy just not attending to the customers, no enthusiasm. One of the member said her shift is finsihed so she is leaving and had to wait for someone else to come and they didn?t help properly took so long just to exchange when it could?ve been done in 20 minutes considering the floor wasn?t busy and a lot of staff but they just wasn?t helpful. You are hiring people who don?t want to be there and don?t want to do the job it will make people reconsider before shopping there again.

Worst customer service. Relative went in to exchange an item due to wrong size. After bringing the wrong receipt, the store decided to take the item of clothing off him, and get him escorted off property. Insinuating that he had stolen goods. When questioned regarding this with the ?Manager? - Rose, she stated that this was store policy. After requesting to see said store policy, she didn?t reply and had nothing to show. Asked to speak to another manager. She stated she was the only one available. So she rang so called ?Area Manager? - Salim, he stated this is not store policy (after a long discussion and him shouting down the phone talking over me). The item was given back to us. Only after publicly embarrassing a customer, accusing them of stealing and keeping PAID goods at the back. Will be taking this further! The ?lack of training? and competence from staff at this JD has caused an innocent paying customer to be publicly humiliated. Manager Rose and Area Manager Salim, were rude, unhelpful and useless. Why are incompetent people in managerial positions if they can?t understand their own policies and able to enforce them correctly.

I recently visited the JD Sports store in West Bromwich, and unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable. As someone who takes time choosing clothes carefully, I felt the staff were watching me closely, as if I might be doing something suspicious. Shopping can already be a challenge when it?s hard to find something I genuinely like, and this added pressure didn?t help.
I would love to feel welcomed and free to browse without the sense of being judged. Everyone should feel comfortable shopping at JD, no matter how long they take or what they look like. I hope this feedback encourages the staff to create a more inclusive and friendly environment.
