Very bad customer services, I bought some stuff from there , then I went the next day to return a Halloween outfit as it didn?t fit. The cashier refused to do it , then I told her that under home bargains I?m allowed to return items that still in their packaging. Then she asked another guy there, instead of him serving me, he started serving other customers behind me and kept me there waiting !!!! Is that how you threat customers who returns items! Like they have done a crime!!! I returned items in other superstores I never had such issue ?.
Staff need to be educated that?s the customer right to return items without them getting a bad customer service. So 1 star is well deserved for not respecting a customer who shopped in your store for many years.

I don?t understand the meaning of the card being inserted in and having a pin if the shopkeeper doesn?t want me to. I couldn?t insert my card in the machine and I didn?t get my brain licker because of her. She needs to be figured out by her boss. Also make some more space in the shop cus who has time to budge last people trying to get out. Fix up.
