really like H&M because their clothing style matches my taste more than many other high street brands. I can usually find both trendy and comfortable pieces that suit me well.
What I especially appreciate is their garment collecting initiative ? you can bring in clothes you no longer wear and get a £5 voucher in return. I think this sets them apart on the path to Net Zero and shows a real commitment to sustainability.
Overall, it?s a store that aligns with both my fashion sense and my values.

The staff in H&M went above and beyond searching through all their rails to find a specific longline waistcoat for me which had been blended in with the rest of the stock. (only 1 left)
Even though busy and short staffed both members of staff were interested in whether the lovely lady had found it for me..while serving a long line of customers ..which she did! Thankyou. Love it!
Highly recommend this store!

Today I went to H&M with my mom we went into the changing rooms and came out and gave the lady who claims was the manager her name was soniya said ?put the hanger on those and unfold them now? in a very rude tone my mom said that?s your job and there?s no need to be rude and she gave too much attitude to my mom so I had to step in arguing with her telling her it was her job to do it for us and there?s no need to be giving much tone to us and arguing with my mom,you chose to do this job so act it,then I advise to see the owner of H&M who wasn?t in and was told to come tomorrow to talk to her,this is unacceptable the staff members need to show respect to their customers the reviews are bad enough they need to change their behaviour towards to customers (the lady name was soniya)

I went it for a refund the Staff are rude and arrogant, make you feel unwelcome in the store like your just inconveniencing them.

I just have no words! We visited H&M
West Bromwich at around 4pm today. Firstly as always there was a very slow moving que. When we got to the cashdesk the lady had the audacity to say move that off the table about an item I was purchasing. When she walked off to find something I was so shocked I turned to my sister and said did she just say that. She then processed my refund with not a single word, ok fair enough it?s a busy day in retail and as someone who?s worked in retail for years I know what that can be like. You don?t need to speak to me just don?t be rude. Then while still processing my transaction she calls her colleague and says take me off the till. Mid way through my transaction she just walked off. She had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. Why are you working in customer service if you don?t have basic manners. H&M have never been known for their customer service but the West Bromwich branch is especially bad! Your staff don?t want to work, they don?t want to serve anyone, they don?t want to help in any way. If you don?t enjoy working in a clothing retail store and you don?t have basic manners, then work somewhere where you don?t have to interact with people. I don?t know her name but she works in this store with her twin. The management in this store really need to look at their staff, if they don?t know how to serve people with the most basic customer service, then tell them to look elsewhere for employment. We won?t be visiting this store again. Don?t make customers feel like they are doing you a favour buying in your stores, if we stopped shopping you wouldn?t have a store to work in.

Just popped in with my lady wife, looking for children's wear. The shop was clean, tidy, and had a good range of clothing on display.
