Staff on tills talking to someone on a headset. Not just this shop but this is everytime I go to a heron which isn?t often as this is very off putting as a customer. No customer service at all you leave feeling very unwanted. I understand if it?s for security but they are literally having a full on convo whilst scanning products and no convo with customers. Bizarre!

This place is decently expensive, The amount of staff is lacking as there are barley any staff members that are willing to serve you.Most of the staff are restocking as the payment for a cashier and till worker are exactly the same, so they basiy taking advantage of the companys generosity.The cost for food like crisps and drinks is low. But, other household goods are overpay. Like who would pay 4 pounds for 30 slices of ham.
