Staff on tills talking to someone on a headset. Not just this shop but this is everytime I go to a heron which isn’t often as this is very off putting as a customer. Pretty good! I like going in there for the Kershaw frozen meals; i quite like the liver & onion one & the 'Big Breakfast!' Mmm!!!?
