I recently visited the H.Samuel store at Queen Square in West Bromwich to purchase a children?s sterling silver bracelet. Rhiannon was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
What stood out most was her willingness to work with my budget ? rather than letting me walk away, she made the effort to find something perfect within my price range. Thanks to her, I was able to make a purchase that I was really happy with.
She was also incredibly kind and patient with my children, which made the whole experience even better. Her professionalism and personal touch really made a difference. I?ll definitely be returning to this store for future jewellery purchases ? and I hope Rhiannon is there to help again!

Took my daughter Alaska-Winona for her first ear piercing last Friday 25th July. This lovely lady Theresa meet us with great warmth and friendly approach. She made Alaska-Winona very calm talked her threw the whole procedure. Keeping my daughter at great ease. Alaska-Winona was exceptionally brave no tears and all smiles with her new sparkling earrings. Highly recommended. We will be back to purchase his Stitch earrings on a few weeks time. Thank you so much she loves them ?xx

My daughter had an amazing and memorable experience getting her first ear piercing done. Her piercer's name was Teresa and she was so kind which reassured my daughter a lot since she was very nervous to get her ears done. We are really grateful for her kindness and support. The piercing turned out amazing!

I came to H Samuel to purchase a ring. I was given fantastic help and support by Rhiannon and Tasha. They were very kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They took a lot of time to explain things and even modelled them to give me a good idea!

Accompanied my daughter who was getting secondary piercings in her ears. The service was fantastic. For £19.99 she picked out basic studs and got it done quick and easy. Also provided an aftercare kit. The kid was very happy with everything over all.
I was more interested in the watches. A nice selection to browse, but a lot of the ones I was interested in can be found a lot cheaper in other high street stores.
