When a delivery driver delivered the wrong food I phoned the driver and told him he wasn't bothered so I took the food back to Greggs and they was very helpful and sorted out my order and apologised for the driver

Not the largest of shops but easy to access from on street parking in stone cross, polite staff and a good selection of food both hot and cold.

One worker is very strange and doesn't give you the peace and thinking time you need as a customer to decide what you want to buy. She also had about 10 elcairs to choose from but have me a dry one that had been pushed over sideways in the packaging.

Greggs is alright prices ok having the Greggs app makes it worthwhile going. For the freebies you get after purchasing a particular amount of certain items.

Pop in the mornings occasionally before work, either they don?t have anything ready that you want and you have to wait between 6-15mins for a pasty they tell you. Or the service is slow. You have one person doing online orders one person serving when there is a que of 3-4 people. better off going to cafe.
