Love this place.love there porridge. Not to keen on the apple one.

I?d like to give a shout-out to Henna (or Heena?apologies if I misread the name badge!) who works at the Greggs on Birmingham Road in West Bromwich. She was incredibly polite and made my visit a great experience today at around 4pm. It was clear she took her role seriously?she was not only friendly and welcoming but also very efficient and dedicated. She kept everything running smoothly and was a true professional. It?s always a pleasure to see someone working with such care and attention. Thank you for the excellent service, Henna! Greggs is lucky to have you on the team!

Went in this morning, woman at the counter was really nice, the guy who I assume was new made a mistake (we've all been there, no big deal) but she was incredibly apologetic and made what could have been a negative experience great! Will definitely come back.

Stopped here for breakfast while driving down to Cornwall it's easy to find only a few hundred yards from junction 1 on the M5 good value and nice staff

Shama was super helpful and shared some of the great marketing and free offers that are being offered right now by the company that are not even promoting on a mass level, however she?s really kind enough to share that with all of the customers that she?s dealing with so she?s a very good customer service assistant and I?m very grateful for her service.
