For the third time, I had to order food from this restaurant again due to compulsion and lack of time to go elsewhere. To my disbelief, like several times before, they delivered my order to me for less than the amount I paid for it. When I called them, they rudely hung up on me and never answered my phone. The quality of the food is terrible.Never go there again.

Ordered through just eat. Several times now they have missed items out. When I rang them the girl on the phone was laughing and said there's nothing they can do so contact just eat and then put the phone down on me.
The food wasn't even that nice. The chicken was very pale and could of done with a few extra minutes in.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this food place.

Terrible
I ordered a burger, they missed the parts in-between the buns??? Including the chicken???
And the wings
They said they'd bring it within 10 minutes, it never came
Horrible service

Dixys always has the best food. My go to order is a chicken burger with chips, when I ask for it plain they always make it plain! Tasty food, one of my fav places to eat.

Had fries only and they used REALLY old and sinking oil! Threw them in the bin. I hope the owner is reading cos they need urgent quality control else the business is going under!

This isn't the original dixy, undercooked strips with a bad smell. When I pointed this out to the staff, I was told that there was no smell, and this is how the dixy chicken strips are supposed to be!

Never order from this place!! Toom them 2 hours to deliver my food not bothered about waiting for delivery time but was out for delivery for over a hour called to see where my order is and kept getting 5 minutes just wait and be patient! The customer service in this place is horrendous. Yes ok cheap value for money but they take the living Day light out of talking to customers thinking they can get away with ir? never order from here

Poor customer service skills , staff rude , ordered for delivery was told 30 to 45 minutes , 2 hours and 15 minutes later the food arrived and when ringing them kept getting told 15mintues we are very busy didn't ask for no address no order number nothing
