My friend had ordered two panini meal at this branch and no lie the food was absolutely horrendous the fries was rock solid like it?s been re cooked and the panini smelt not very nice I took a bite and it was disgusting and tasted awful and I would not go to the West Brom branch ever again and would recommend the dixy chicken branch in pleck .

I've been eating at Dixy for years and absolutely love their food. The burgers, chicken, and fries are all always delicious and fresh. Recently however, I've noticed that the quality has gone downhill. The burgers seem pre-made and overly processed, and the fries don't seem to be cooked and seasoned as well. The quality of the food has definitely decreased, and I'm beginning to look elsewhere for cheaper, better-tasting fast food.

1/4 of the order was delivered to me. 0 chips and instead of giving me a 1.5litre bottle they gave me a can of pepsi. Told me they would give the rest of the order after 20mins( the current 1/4 would?ve been stone cold by then)

I asked if they sell bbq chicken wings and the man told me yes so i proceeded to buy them (8 wings meal for £4.49). Waited about 10 minutes for my food just for the wings to have a DRIZZLE of barbecue sauce on it, no tissue in the bag, no salt, no sauce no anything - just a soggy box of sizzler wings. Further more there were only 5 wings in there, which i could?ve payed £3 for. They?re so stingy with their products but won?t even provide us with what we payed for. Disappointing.NOTICE FOR LOCALS: Pfc is literally around the corner, you can get 6 spicy wings for £3 or a 4 wings meal with fries, sauce, salt, a fork and a drink for £2.90!
