Attended to get my daughter measured and to purchase her very first shoes. From beginning to end was disappointed at the costumer service. Had to keep asking lots of questions regarding the shoes etc as there was minimal communication and felt like it was a task for them to bring up other pairs of shoes to try on. Sizing wasn?t explained to me and left me confused as the shoes they gave me were a size bigger and said they would be fine. I also enquired about the blue light discount, she stated that it was just for NHS workers- I informed her I am an NHS worker and then stated that the discount was not applicable to children and all the discounts are only for adults. Felt like she was trying anything to avoid applying the discount and make me feel I was cheeky for asking. Went online after purchasing and the blue light discount did apply.

I selected this store to pick my online purchase when I received an email confirmation that they are ready to be picked up, when I got there they couldn?t find the complete item I was informed that they will contact me when they find it and I have been waiting a week I have phone the store countless times with

Bought some shoes friday, went back today Saturday to change to a different size. The workers (1 that was there when i originally bought the shoes) were sooo confident that I wore them. Psh I bought them just yesterday Friday night I?m not wearing Clarks on a night out am I so where would I have worn the shoes to? Was told to wait for the manager Sunday and come back bearing in mind I just wanted a new size and they didn?t even have that size in store, I would?ve had to wait till next week. Went to the fort and changed the same that were ?worn? to a different size. Some workers are so inconsiderate and delusional. Can you imagine buying a pair of shoes from one shop, going back to change them the next day with the same worker that was there when you purchased them for her and another person to turn around and tell you you?ve worn the shoes and wait on the manager AND you can?t get them until next week. To then have gone to a completely different shop and they exchange with no issue AT ALL. Lol 0/10 for that.

Was really disappointed by today's customer service at clarks, my son went to try on some school shoes, there was just no communication, not much support or advice in helping us choose which shoes we should get for my son's school shoes, they gave us nothing to be honest, not even a hello when we arrived to say we had an appointment.
It should he an exciting experience for little ones trying on school shoes for the first time, if anything it was nothing but! The shoes were decent, and they done well at measuring his size, but that was it, so rude!

Went in to get my kids feet measured and to get them new school shoes. 3 members of staff just stood around talking and ignoring us for nearly 10 mins. Shocking service

Very poor I was the only one in store and I asked for the trainers and they came out in ten minutes to be told they ain't got my size and I was told to try a smaller size ..... and when I walked in the store they was having argument the two staff that was there

Outstanding service from the West Bromwich store! greeted by a gentleman named "Seb", I was in the store for ages as I have odd sized feet, trying on many pairs of shoes, yet he and his colleague were nothing but helpful,patient and friendly, bringing many different shoes from their stock room for me to try. Eventually found a pair that was perfect, however not in the colour I needed, and they were a discontinued item! Seb checked their online stock and found the only pair left in Birmingham in a different Clark's store, he phoned the store in question and had them put aside for me.... Not for me to go and collect, but Seb went out of his way in his personal time to collect them for me on his way home, and had them waiting for me in West Bromwich store for when I was able to collect them. All this with a smile on his face, courteous, professional and friendly. This level of service is not a common thing these days, and was a breath of fresh air to receive such service! If you're reading this Seb (and Clark's) , you're a credit to the company, and I thank you for such a pleasant experience. It's great Clark's have shoes in wide sizes also, as not everyone has narrow feet!

My uncle and I went to the Clarks store in New Square in West Bromwich and were greeted by Jenny. She was busy at the time but still acknowledged us both upon entry. While browsing, Jenny made sure we were attended to. She was so helpful and did not rush is for a purchase. She gave us time to search for shoes while also giving suggestions. Her service was fantastic and entertaining. The retail world needs more people like Jenny, who take the time to find out what we need as customers. If you read this Jenny, thank you. You're a credit to the store. I hope you're recognised for your service from your employment seniors.

I went into store to purchase a pair of shoes that I had seen online, the staff were very friendly and approached me to ask if I required any help. I showed them what I was after, however, on the Clark?s website it only showed a wide fit in my size which isn?t what I was after and they did not have my size in stock at store.Fortunately, the kind staff member at the store was able to place an order for me in my size (standard fit) which would be delivered to my home address. This was all done in less than 10 minutesThe staff members are very welcoming and helpful here, the store is nice and tidy.
