The staff was friendly and I received better service here at the West Bromwich store than I did at the Merryhill store. It's this kind of service that will make me continue to use there service in the future.

Great staff who are always helpful and lovely
to chat to! My partner and I come in here regularly and we recently upgraded our phones. My partner had some trouble getting his sim to work and they were extensively helpful, suggesting advice and how we could fix the problem. :) Ps. Some staff have great music taste

Bad service worst experience never buy thing from this store nothing worth able they just sell things and if you are not satisfied and you want to return firstly they said we can?t give money back we gave vouchers and after if you want to buy another product they said you give me defaulted product it is not working we can?t take it back so i suggest you don?t buy anything from this store

Tried to offer me £27 for a boxed playstation 1, 10 working games, 1 controller, 1 memory card.
Walked out the shop, the staff are trained to rob you politely!

I'm not sure if this issue is isolated to the West Bromwich CEX or if it's a broader problem. I exchanged my two PS5 controllers there and even paid extra to receive new ones. They provided me with a warranty and instructed me to return the items if any issues arose. Recently, I brought one controller back for an exchange because the rubber on the analog stick had come off?the same problem that prompted my initial exchange. However, I was refused an exchange, with the staff claiming that the controller rattles?exactly as it did when I received it. It feels as though they take your good products and give you faulty replacements, knowing they can later use any excuse to void your warranty. I would advise others to stay away.

Given a one star pushing it brought a ps4 asked if I need the interest was no but they didn't tell me that needs to be updated and if I need to play further on in the game I need to updated not informed at all

Wouldn't bother staff have a bad attitude nobody seems to know what's going on. I ordered a dvd to be delivered from another store to west bromwich. Told it would be there on Monday went and was told they didn't know anything. My son had a game which didn't work, and on the front of the game had £8. And was charged £10. As there was no other games my child wanted was offered a refund but then told by some woman with bright pink hair that had a chip on her shoulder, said they couldn't give a refund as systems were down but could check stock and exchange things gof other customers. Then send a message via FB as you can't contact the store via phone. Sent message Wednesday. For this morning at 4am to have a message come though. Which is very unprofessional. And still waiting about my dvd I ordered.

Came here twice over the past 6 or 7 months to sell some electronics, staff were very helpful, was a fairly straightforward experience. Heads up for people, if you're looking for straight up cash you are not guaranteed it as stores are not always able to provide it, in my case I did a bank transfer, it can take upto 3 days so take these scenarios into account. But all in all place was great
