The staff was friendly and I received better service here at the West Bromwich store than I did at the Merryhill store. It's this kind of service that will make me continue to use there service in the future.

Great staff who are always helpful and lovely to chat to! My partner and I come in here regularly and we recently upgraded our phones. My partner had some trouble getting his sim to work and they were extensively helpful, suggesting advice and how we could fix the problem. :) Ps. Some staff have great music taste
