Their pharmacy is a bit elevated compared to the reception with a couple of steps. They only talked to me from the upper deck and didn't bother coming down to the reception to talk to me.. They also assumed that I don't pay for my prescriptions and it wasn't until I asked how much I needed to pay, the pharmacist came down and asked if it was for sore throat as a cover up.... Quite an unpleasant experience to say the least..

They send u someone else's prescriptions and when you try to address the situation they ignore you. I have someone else's address, medication, date of birth and NHS number. Which means someone else must have mine!

Failed to deliver prescribed medication for a week. Fed up of being fobbed off by staff.Falsely blamed another pharmacy for having my medication. Blaming gp for not issuing prescription. Not a professional service.avoid if possible

Failed to send medication for over a week, extremely unhelpful when chased, false information given regarding when medication was sent and how to recover leading to further delays and footwork.Do not use.

Today I went to pick up my prescription, only to be told that they didn't have my order, my automatic repeat prescription was not ready. They said it was not processed by my GP when I phoned my GP it was showing on the system as being processed. I have run out of meds can't order any more now until November. When I logged into my online medication account with my GP it clearly shows the medication being ready for collection. Prior to this they gave me someone else's medication my name was on the bag but Mr Sings medication was inside the bag. Terrible, terrible, service stay clear and choose somewhere else.

I followed my sons car to this place and the parking arrangements are an absolute disgrace. Im voting with my feet to another pharmacy and I shall never return

OK, this pharmacy was actually in bigger premises (a couple minutes walk away) until fairly recently, but changing addresses was I think the company just saving some money, they didn't need that big a premises... on the whole, they're OK, the only problems I've has with them was when the deliver medicine at home, which they haven't always done correctly.

An excellent Pharmacy in my view and the fact that it is a Drive Thru as well makes it even better. The staff at Carters Green Pharmacy will always be there to help you if you have any questions and queries. I have certainly found that to be the case whenever I have been with my mother to the Chemist. If you are not feeling well and have taken the car, then at least with this Pharmacy you do not need to get out of the car as long as you have got your prescription. That is the beauty of a Pharmacy having a Drive Thru. Carters Green Pharmacy is not different to any other Pharmacy in terms of what it sells. From medicines to tablets these are some things you can purchase at Carters Green Pharmacy. However it also sells household cleaning tools, shower gels, hair gels etc. Nonetheless I did find the hair gels to be on the expensive side.
