Really quick and great service, needed antibiotics and was seen/evaluated in less than 15 minutes and prescribed with medicine on the same day. As I wasn't registered to a nearby GP or doctors this was really handy. Thank you. ??????????

Amazing customer service from a lady named Madison. She went above and beyond to provide support for me regarding my boots app. Really took the time to explain offers to me and was patient! Best customer service I received in such a long time. Being kind can make such a big difference in other people?s lives! Thank you!

The scale weighing machine gave me wrong height it said 5ft 4.9 I?m taller than that I?m 1.72cm and it said my body fat is 38% and my bmi is 37 that?s not right

Paula is the amazing sales representative in this store. She took the initiative and got me the Boots Club Card despite the store closing time nearing. That's called the genuine Customer service.
Hannah was also pleasant to greet us off at the door. Cheers to such a pleasant staff.

Boots Pharmacy today didn't have medications what was prescribed, I asked if they could check in which pharmacy is available stock of this medication, and she said they do not have this possibility. Basically, she told me to go and check all pharmacies stock physically. How come shoes stores have linked stock check system, where you can check your size in any branch. And here where health is so important, they say, sorry. And yes, to order it would take 5 working days, however at the end they sayed they cannot order because it out of stock. I hardly believe that because pharmacy2u online NHS service which has same suppliers was able to order this for me. Boots Pharmacy just didn't want to do their job. Young lady, I think maybe apprentice has been running to the manager asking for the answer on my each question, because I was desperate , I had many questions to find a solution. The manager didn't even come out.

I went there to collect medication and they couldn?t find my medication and they lady behind the counter was not helpful at all and it seemed like I was bothering her with my questions and she couldn?t be bothered.
I will never return to that store again customer service from the pharmacy area was shocking.

NOT a problem solver, NOT putting customer?s need first, NOT respecting customer?s time. Good team spirit and use CCTV to scare customers to SHUT UP.

Pharmacy - If I could put 0 stars I would. Changed a few months ago to a more local to home pharmacy but today i had got a green prescription in my hand as been to GP. Signed and filled in the back, told was 10 mins take a seat. 20-25 mins later still waiting. 2nd person asked if I was being dealt with. Explained it had been taken, no apologies for waiting or to at least tell me the pharmacist was dealing with someone else. Pharmacist appeared, I asked where it was as no one had told me was busy with someone else, she basically said she wouldn't tolerate abuse as I had spoken to her that way, I could have my prescription back, but no, I hadn't raised my voice or swore, I said ok give it me back. Store security came in my direction so presume he had been called but didn't approach me. Then she came out with my meds and needing a white prescription to be filled in. Which I had already done on the green prescription.I told her this. So presume someone had re printed my prescription. She was all polite. Asked if I wanted a call from her next week as one medication was new. I politely said no thank you. Dr is doing that and walked out. Last time I will be going in there.

The pharmacy is a joke. IV never known such a slow pace pharmacy. You wait forever to be seen/served the waiting for a prescription takes even longer ...... enough to drive you mad!!
