Ordered on the app. Two Big Mac Meals along with an Mayo Chicken. Came only with One Big Mac and Two Mayo Chicken. When rang up the phone was put down. Customer service no help and no answer. Finally went to the restaurant but the Manager was rude to say was shouting on the phone was very unapologetic of the mistake. Rude staff and a poor MacDonald service when things go wrong. The customer service have been designed to be non co operational and unaccountable.

Don?t order through uber/just eat- the order is always wrong- completely someone else?s order. X3 orders all wrong. My fault for thinking it was a one off issue.

Very busy and noisy, in middle of bentley bridge retail park. Typical McDonald's, full of noisy kids and delivery bike riders. Food? Well the normal. burgers that don't look like there picture etc. Ok if want quick bite to take out and find somewhere peaceful to sit.

Look I understand the world of customer service and the world ethic of young people doesn't quite seem the same as it was before covid and beyond. But today mu faith in all things great about customer experience changed thanks to a warm warm welcoming smile and chat whilst ordering my mcplant. Having had my place in the queue jumped before me a few seconds before by a customer who didn't have the manners to say thank you as I watched him jump ahead.. anyhow.. less of the negative..the lady serving had some distinctive snake tattoos and a wide smile as she took my order before proceeding to manage other staff and orders, soon came to bring my order to me asking me a question I've never been asked in maccies for 30 years, do you want ant sauces, yes yes I do.. but rare do I get asked if I want sauce unless I'm in a cafe or restaurant with table service plate and cutlery.. anyhow.. I was given the sauce, and wished well on my way. Have a good rest of the night she said.. Teagan you ad a credit to your generation and the manners and service you provide is somewhat a relieve and a blessing on the world and everyone honoured to receive such a greeting and service.. the chips were hot. Which for maccies is 50/50. If there's a rep of maccies reading this.. give this girl all the stars.. and have her as an example to all the restaurant staff and businesses. Simply brilliant.. ok my last few chips are now cold as I've spent too long writing this review...Teagan for Promotion!!! Training manager!!! Whatever she wants. Brilliant
