Food was great and hot served all good with quality of food but there is one csr in front name Dylan being racist to me and my brother I already said him while chatting that I?m a staff member he being racist for not using the mopped and toilet area another member of management I asked can I eat in she politely said yes but this member pointing out couple of times on other things as well. Please tell them to treat everyone equally. As I noticed he allowed a driver of just eat with no bag to take order without a bag. seriously that is rubbish. Be in your rules instead being racist mate.

We went to the KFC at Bentley Bridge this afternoon with our children from church. The staff were very friendly and gave us great discounts.
The children enjoyed their time and the meal.

We came in here after shopping for something quick my husband ordered the zinger large when it came it was so tiny and looked like it had been squashed down i gave him some of my food due to the fact we paid for a large the burger wasnt a large. Chips had no flavor and was hard they expect ypu to pay the high prices but dont put the effort in.

Went in today for my cheat meal and was served by a lady called Jasmine. She provided excellent customer service, helping me both at the self-service machine and with my order. I didn?t want ice in my drink, but the machine didn?t give an option for no ice, and Jasmine was very helpful in sorting this out. Great service overall.

Absolutely banging meal at KFC today. Food came out fresh, hot and tasted spot on. Chicken was crispy, juicy and full of flavour, and the staff were quick, friendly and kept everything clean. No messing about, just good food done right. Definitely a 5-star visit.
