Absolutely appalled by the service at JD. My sister politely greeted a female employee (white, heavier build) and asked for help. Instead of doing her job, she looked at us, said ?hello? in a sarcastic tone, and walked off without even attempting to assist.
This wasn?t just bad service it felt like outright disrespect and prejudice. Why does JD have staff who think it?s acceptable to ignore paying customers? This behaviour is unacceptable, embarrassing for the brand, and completely ruins the shopping experience.
JD, sort your staff out. People like this should not be representing your company.

Staff are very slow and don?t seem interested at all. I was told to wait 2 minutes for a click and collect and 15 minutes later being told ?I?ve radioed the person?. How about take some responsibility and use initiative to check what?s happening. Parcel came out 20 minutes later.

Been here a couple of times over the last few days . Today I went to get my 14 year old daughter some trainers for Christmas she is in-between sizes and wasnt many left in the one size so called the store before hand and they kept them behind the counter for me. They were very helpful helping with the right size I also had a bargain with a jumper for my self. Two of the employees stood out and was very helpful and friendly that's why I have written this review as the staff at sports direct were rude and miserable. Haylee and Taylor thank you ladies you made it a better shopping experience ?

I placed an order went to pick it up I gave them my order number and the woman said the names are different I gave her my id,She said the names are different I showed her my email that when I did order it said this name I guess my friend used my phone to order once and I just continue without checking.I was nearly getting upset because she was so rude and the next thing she said I?m giving her attitude.Some staff are nice but some they are rude mostly the female I met 2 ladies yesterday 1 at the till who was nice working with the arrogant lady and one who was helping at the back I don?t know her name but she was wearing hijab such a beautiful soul and helping too.Just that I don?t know this 2 ladies names.I came back to return the shoes that evening again I met the young dreadlocks man and he was also helpful with the lady at the till who was working with this arrogant lady.Keep up the good work.SOME STUFF ARE RUDE BUT SOME THEY ARE NICE.The once that work at the back helping with orders are always welcoming.

Terrible customer service!
Unfriendly store manager at JD Bentley Bridge in Wolverhampton, when asked for support. Did not even want to listen to us properly, showed he was not interested and did not care. Wrong price on labels, which could simply be corrected, however he refused this unpolitely! Never want to go back there anymore! So dissapointed!

Can someone explain to me WHY at JD in Bentley Bridge, staff gather at the front of the shop chatting and when you get to the till, there's a queue and still no one bothers to help. The epitomy of useless.

We are so impressed with the service at Bentley Bridge JD sports. Ruby, went way above and beyond to solve our order problems (less impressed with customer services) than. We want to nominate Ruby, assistant manager, for best salesperson of the year. Thank you Ruby ?

Very rude staff Sunday opening time they show on website 9 am and I visited there 10:15 and they still close and didn?t open the door and talk with me rudely really bad ..you need to change your time on your website

Absolutely disgusting customer service first of all the times of store need to be updated. It shows that you close at 8pm on Saturday when in reality is 7pm. This is misleading and needs to be corrected!!!
Second thing is how have you employed people with no customer service and rude behaviour. I would like an email to whom I can complain to.
So I wasn?t aware that the store is closing for 7pm as online states 8pm. I already did one purchase of £79 and then I went to next. I couldn?t find what I wanted so returned to jd so I picked an outfit and I was looking at shoes I had asked another member to check if they have kids size 8 in crocs. He went to have a look for me.
Then this black female lady or mix race should I say came up to me and said that I can?t be served now as we have closed now so u can?t buy anything whilst I?ve got a tracksuit in my hand ready to purchase. I said I?m waiting for someone to get me some shoes in size 8. She goes oh are u purchasing u need to go to the till straight away. First she refused to serve me then later she said she will. Attitude was absolutely disgusting how the hell is she employed.
She went to check if someone was checking for the shoes as she though I was lying. Funny thing is she went in the back staff room door for not even a minute and came back out and said no we haven?t when they didn?t even look. Luckily I looked around and found the size myself. Customer service was appalling she goes well I didn?t know there was one out as u told someone to go and check inside:
They placed crocs on two different stands which is my fault as I didn?t look even though your job is to help us? Where the customer service gone? They Yeh I know u want to go home and u close for 7pm but u can?t be that rude I have a business myself where I have gone over time for my customers but I wouldn?t treat them like this.
This lady refused to give me her name and said she didn?t have to so I have taken a picture of her. This girls need to be taught manners cause she came at me like a barking dog.
The girl that served me the first time on till was lovely and so was the girl that served me at the end but the other women I don?t know if she was claiming to be manager with no name or badge but if she is she?s bringing the business down and u need to get rid of her I also would like someone from either head office or a manger to contact me or provide details where I can I have her picture and I will definitely be shaming her.
No need for this rude nasty behaviour!!!!!
I?ve spent over £150 but I will definitely be returning everything back and going elsewhere People like her don?t serve business from us.

Love this store the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have bag myself some beautiful clothes and trainers from here only one little dig though please do more bigger clothes for bigger guys but on the whole brilliant store.mdd.

Well was fine until I was charged on my card double for the trainer .. up to 5 days now I have to wait for a refund .. not good enough
