Very rude staff Sunday opening time they show on website 9 am and I visited there 10:15 and they still close and didn?t open the door and talk with me rudely really bad ..you need to change your time on your website

Love this store the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have bag myself some beautiful clothes and trainers from here only one little dig though please do more bigger clothes for bigger guys but on the whole brilliant store.mdd.

First time I've actually bought something from here got lucky with size 5.5 trainers at £70 as opposed to size 6 at £115 plus got 2 retro England football tops very nice

Popped in to pick up an online order. Turned out to be damaged. (Who would package a clearly damaged item?) Picked up a Trainer on offer only to be told "it's an odd pair" by the most miserable kid in the world. Staff are young and useless. Offers are next to nothing. Won't bother again.

I wish I could give this 10 stars.I purchased a pair of vapourmax and 110s, jet black of course, a black Nike tracksuit and a Bally.Later that night I put on my new riding out gear and got pumped for seeing any opps..I saw an opp from a mile away, my boy was like wait here I'll back it, I turned and said no need boy I got this. I stepped out the dinger and the air bubbles from my vapourmax gave me incredible jump height, so I squatted down and jumped as high as I could. I glided aerodynamically across the oppblock and landed Infront of 3 YG opps, none of them wanted it when they saw my riding out attire.We ended up playing chess and squashing our postcode beef, DMT is amazing you should try it.

A pretty poor JD. Found customer service especially within this store is awful. I was waiting for half an hour for them to collect my click and collect. The staff are not very polite.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Went into this store today with a pair of trainers I ordered off line that unfortunately do not fit. When I looked on the returns policy it stated return to any jd store for exchange. I looked for new trainers but did not have one pair instore in my size. So I settled on t shirts as exchange. Waited 15 minutes to be told I can't return them and needed to send them back to rebook. They didn't even look at my receipt. The contract is with jd sports not rebock. I bought them from jd sports! The staff are rude and to busy chatting and don't seem to care one bit about their customers. Shocking service and will not be stepping in this store again

Rude people at the till. I have ordered a product and kept on waiting to be notified it was in the shop. Never got the notification. I went to check in the shop. I was asked to wait in the queue, although I was not buying nothing ant there was enough personnel in the shop to answer my queries.After waiting they asked me to write order number and name on a piece of paper and one of the people who was in the shop was sent to look for the order. Which could have been done without me waiting in the queue.Then I waited forever until they finally found the product. It was there.I asked for the name of the nice lady at the till. She refused to give me her name. I work in public service. I always give my name when asked, as I take full responsibility for what I do. She was working with public, so why not give me her name?Anyway, the problem is:1. They do not answer phone2. They do not notify you when product is delivered3. They do not have a till for click and collect, although they have a lot of people just walking about in the shop.4. They disrespect customers.All in all... terribly poor administration.Not to mention that they only had a few products in the shop, spread on a lot of space. Not impressed at all.

Went to Bentley bridge jd today and the young girl was amazing epesh with my brother being a pain shopping ?????Sorry didnt get her name dark hair young girl around 5 clock thanks again and so was other staff has always thank u n we got what we needed too x

Even though they didn't have my son's size in trainers.. the lady on footwear was brilliant she rang around and tried to accommodate us too. I am pleased with the customer service compared to the Walsall store.. thank you ?
