Absolutely appalled by the service at JD. My sister politely greeted a female employee (white, heavier build) and asked for help. Instead of doing her job, she looked at us, said “hello” in a sarcastic tone, and walked off without even attempting to assist.
Staff are very slow and don’t seem interested at all. I was told to wait 2 minutes for a click and collect and 15 minutes later being told “I’ve radioed the person”. How about take some responsibility and use initiative to check what’s happening. Parcel came out 20 minutes later.

Been here a couple of times over the last few days . Today I went to get my 14 year old daughter some trainers for Christmas she is in-between sizes and wasnt many left in the one size so called the store before hand and they kept them behind the counter for me.
