Think the staff must be on go slow! Even when people are queueing out the door no other staff come to assist person on the front counter. I feel sorry the older people having to stand and wait a good 20/30 minutes if not longer.

Opening times are incorrect, says opens at 8:30am, and closed on arrival, waited 15 mins still closed, please either update your opening times, or come to work on time ?

They lost my script for anti depressants. tried to fob me off saying it might have gone to Boots. Phoned Morlais Medical, they didn't even have it to dispense despite me leaving my script and details with Well. i'll be emailing your head office to make a conplaint. Staff are snappy and rude.

Bring back Muz! It?s now a very poor service. Don?t answer the phone. Don?t communicate if they haven?t got your medication. Everyone is busy. Get more staff!

They don't answer the phone, I've had to have time off work to put a prescription in. The customer service is appalling.This used to be such a lovely pharmacy. Will definitely be changing to boots.

Took my prescription in a week before running out of my medications. Met with a rude lady behind the counter. Just said haven?t got it. That?s it. No help to find out why. Then a rude pharmacist stated the gp has not sent it over. I went to the gp. They said the pharmacy hadn?t even asked for it. I have now swopped to boots. Hate rudeness. A little help to find out why would have been nice but just dismissing me. Never going there again. They never used to be like this.

Have been using this chemist for over 25 years and sadly since muzz has left it has gone downhill, terrible service, some of the staff are pleasant others downright rude, not very helpful and it always seems to be very chaotic and disorganised as if nobody seems to know what they are doing!

Don't bother going all the staff do is laugh about you behind your back or humiliate customers they may as well call it Karen,s Dinner because that's how they act they don't care about people's feelings.

The staff are rude and take the Mickey out of customers in front of other customers. I definitely won't be going there again
