It?s a shame you can?t give 0 stars on this review. After fitting my kitchen my family member needed a few doors replaced in her kitchen. Pop as people call him said he could get the doors in 4 weeks and asked for a deposit of £260 in which we happily bank transferred. 4 weeks+ passed multiple attempts at contacting him, multiple automated text messages asking if he could call either myself or my family member back later, WhatsApp messages read and ignored and multiple visits to his shop that was always closed 8 months have passed and neither the money or the cupboard doors have been seen. I highly recommend no one uses this company he will happily take your money but not deliver the service. Terrible terrible company!

Used them some years back. Very poor quality work. Tiles not fitted properly, mould in bathroom. Plumbing has been a mess ever since. Everything has fallen apart. Refurbishing now.Services: Tile work installation

Very disappointed with the services received. Say they will come one day & don't turn up for 2 days after. Not a full days job done. Was told 2 weeks to complete my kitchen & took 7 weeks. Didn't even finish the job so had to get completed by someone else. Which an Invoice for the works carried out was sent & promised to pay us back £250.00 several times by both son & father. Nothing ever received, I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. Was supposed to get bathroom and shower room done. Ended up having some more reliable who completed by job on time & turned up everyday !!!

had new bathroom and toilet fitted two years ago, on our third toilet seat the first two from them broke after two months. the third one we fitted ourselves and has not broken. the shower bracket came loose after 6 weeks. had to resilicon everything because of leaks.the trim on the edges of the tiles is not cut correctly and has gaps. they tried 3 times to stop a leak on a radiator pipe. they fitted a cupboard in the toilet but we couldn't open the doors because of the tiles on the walls, they had to leave the tiles short in order for us to open them. there is hardboard in peices under the toilet which now squeaks when you walk on it.the shower door handle covers keep falling off. the shower head has been fitted too low and is not in the centre of the wall. one tile has been cut too short and I had to paint the grout to disguise it, we couldn't get any more of the same tiles. we are really disappointed in this company there has been no after sales calls. we are now saving to get it all ripped out and replaced.

Recommended by local bathroom supplier to install 3 bathrooms. Prices and installation date of 5/2/18 agreed 7/12/17; requested confirmation on 29/12/17; installation dates confirmed 8/1/18, but cancelled by WKB&B on 20/1/18, the reason being that they couldn?t now do it until July!We now have 3 sets of bathroom furniture and sanitaryware arriving imminently with no one to install it!The reliability of this family business is therefore questionable if they aren?t supplying the complete bathroom or kitchen.

Went to showroom 5 weeks ago. To be fair, the guy came out the same day to see what we wanted doing and measure upStill waiting for the quote 5 weeks later.Will not be using them.

I had a kitchen fitted by this company a few years ago now, lesson to be learned I am to say, firstly make sure you check everything before they leave as I assure you the standards are reflected as the score above, check for mistakes screws that are not straight is on mistake drilled holes and exposures to open cupboards hidden behind others for pests holes left exposed, messy wiring and poorly saw plinths that look like an infant had dawn them,my experience totally rubbish quality fitters however polite in customer service Money exchanging, this is a personal preference and experience however we can all experience differences in this case 1 star.
