Went to the Bilston branch after an item which was showing online as in stock. The assistant at Bilston was helpful but said unfortunately the item was not in stock there, but said the item was showing as in stock at Wednesbury (5 items in stock according to the computer). So off we went to Wednesbury and went to the TradePoint counter there. The assistant there was negative and condescending, bordering on rude. She was agitated about Bilston store sending us there and not at all helpful. Managed to get the location in store where the item should be and went to look for myself. The item wasn't there but her attitude really wound me up. This was after queuing at each store (didn't mind that at all, in fact the staff at both stores on the door were brilliant). The three stars are for the staff at Wednesbury and the door staff at both- thank you for your service. The two non-stars are for the assistant at Wednesbury who needs a bit of customer service training.

Although it's inside B&Q, it's a different atmosphere altogether. Staff friendly and knowledgeable and able to assist. Keep in mind this is for traders only.
