Went last Saturday to chase a parcel I had apparently received.Still no news despite them supposedly contacting me Monday. Still nothing and the phone number recorded does not even work.

Arranged for a parcel to be redelivered to local P O because I was out when it came , it should've been delivered there over a week ago and the office hours are no good for me because of work . It's impossible trying to track it online saying ive already chose a redelivery date or phone through .

The staff here have always been lovely but the new opening hours have made it impossible to get parcels in the week if you work and the postmen seem to have stopped trying the next door neighbour. We were actually in the house Saturday and had a missed delivery card, no one had even tried to knock our door. So frustrating.

After trying to contact the post office he's very hard you can't ring them and speak to someone as the number keep saying incorrect number you have told the wrong number so always once supposed to be able to contact the post office this is just a pathetic way of not being in touch with the public

Had to collect a parcel because they said they had tried to deliver but couldn't get access so they took back to depot,showed them I had cctv and they hadn't been near my address then said couldn't find parcel asked to make a complaint and it turned up saying it had just come in ,total shambles no wonder they are going down the pan

This is a complaint about missing my area WS10 on a regular basis. Customers pay for a service..It shouldn't be about someone in charge saying Oh we'll miss that out today. And you know it's true.
