Wednesbury town centre is generally a good place to shop, and Morrisons is ideally located with the added bonus of 3 hours free parking for the town centre shoppers.
The store itself is decent, but it could benefit from a wider selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Compared to other Morrisons stores, there seems to be a lot more space given to clothing than to groceries, which feels a bit unbalanced.
Another area for improvement is staff attentiveness ? on my visit, some staff members appeared more focused on chatting with the manager than helping customers.
Overall, Morrisons Wednesbury is convenient and useful, but with a few tweaks it could be much better.

Never much choice in cooked meat , or vegetables, limited would be the word...
Some staff have attitude , not pleasant at all , rude and never smile ....im sure if they dont like the job , someone with better communication and better customer relations would take it off there hands......come on morrisons look at your staff especially wednesbury

I used this morrisons for the first time after ordering my sons buffet sandwiches from there .
The sandwiches were very fresh and tasty.
Downside- staff weren't very friendly

Good moody staff but was good everall

Terrible , went in for a salad . 3 bins were empty and nobody behind the counter. Dirty tissue on the edge of one of the salad bins ( not the counter ). Asked if there was an assistant and was told they would be there soon as working on another counter . My wife and I walked out after waiting a further 5 mins as did the customer behind us

Staff seemingly don?t give a *. When the tills went down, they didnt care at all, standing around chatting. Poor customer service.
