The lady I spoke to at Dr surgery its the doctors when you walk in from car park and the first one on the left Dr ram I think her name was Anita who answered my call was so helpful and polite she did her job well. Thankyou Anita

Cant make an appt over the phone, can?t even walk in and make an appt in person, have to fill out long forms online and hope to be contacted back, it?s a joke

They live to make life harder for people. You will die faster than get the appointment.Would NOT recommend this Gp at all.Avoid.

absolutely useless. staff won't allow you to make an appointment unless you phone at 8am, and if you do this, you will be on hold for up to an hour and a half. if by some miracle you get an appointment, it won't be face to face and it won't be on time.

POINT OF NOTICE.THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER ADDED ON. FOR THERE REAL NUMBER YOU NEED TO GO TO THERE WEBSITE.FOUND THIS NEW INFO ON 12/03/23PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.This has to be one of the worst GP centres I?ve had the misfortune to be with. The level of service is nothing short of just poor in all aspects. Reception staff on the phone and in person. Rude attitude with little patience and lack of understanding. The feeling you get is, your just a number coming through the door. You have the sense of leaving there office being non the wiser or with no movement on your condition. Unless you need to see the nurse, my advise would be to take your chances elsewhere. The phone is always busy i mean they put it on the side. Being trying to get through to them for the past 2 weeks. 2 hours a day spent calling them. What a waste.

All staff is very helpful,specially Nargis she?s very humble person and always there to help.I?m a mum and when a child get I?ll,I get so panic, it?s hard to get appointment these days.But with this practice even sometime late but they do arrange something to see the patient. Thank you.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PRACTICE!!! My family is registered with Dr Saha and for the past month their lines are completely off and there is no way getting through to them. Reading previous 1 star reviews dated back 8 months ago the practice were stating it's due to ?high demand of calls? which is nonsense. Only a couple of weeks ago after calling over 50 times my husband drove up there and spoke to them who told him to call first thing at 8 am the next morning. We were both sitting with our house phone and two mobile phones calling through dead on 8 and same thing again, lines dead. We were calling over and over again for 2 HOURS AND NO ANSWER! The ONLY way booking an appointment with them is calling through to 111! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING

The people on the desk are very good plus the doctors when you can get a appointment ,which is dificult very dificult ,the problem is there are to many people on the books and not enough doctors to cope with the work load ,this might make a lot of money for the practice but the waiting times can be very long ,they need to either reduce the numbers on the books to people who have actually paid something into the state or take more doctors on which wont happen as that will reduce the amount it makes ,i am always seeing people being taken on but no more doctors ,it never used to be like this needs sorting p.s the girls on the reception are brill best part of the place cheers bill.

I have been ringing since this morning over 100 times and keeps telling me busy and they wonder why people am taking up spaces in hospital waiting rooms etc when you can?t even speak to a simple receptionist on the phone to get doctor to ring hospital it is then like they don?t have enough on

Been great through this pandemic,they look after my diabeties which is great so theirs your proof,at the min ive had phone calls from doctors & have seen them face to face no matter what social media is saying,met the new nurse Gail today who is lovely & Jane on reception is alway a pleasure to speak with

Through out this pandemic i have found the practice to be very helpful whenever i have need to speak to a GP via the telephone and also when i've needed to see the doctor on a one to one basis.
