RUDE and CORRUPT management. The manager maliciously sacks new staff for her own mistakes and makes false aligations against other staff. Also slags off customers.

The two staff in today don?t have 2 brain cells to rub together. Waited over 10 minutes and just left in the end because they still weren?t serving customers, just hiding in the corner pretending to look for parcels while the queue was almost out the door. Only wanted a loaf of bread, absolute joke of a shop.

I used this shop today and it was a decent visit for what you need in a local shop! Didn?t do any shopping in there as I was there to collect deliveries from very! It was an easy process!! Didn?t have to wait and the young lady behind the counter was polite and helpful and sorted my parcels for me in no time! Straight in and out with no queuing and an easy journey. Thank you ??

Great customer service from both girls Molly and Lauren W. I Went in to put lottery on and the machine wouldn't take my numbers, Molly took my numbers and kept them aside for the following day. Which she didn't have to do. On leaving I left my bank card and didn't realise until after the shop had closed as it was after 10pm. I rang the shopp at around 10.10pm not Holding onto much hope that they would answer because of being closed and wanting to get home but Lauren answered and confirmed it was there and giving me the peace of being able to sleep that night and told me where she had put it so I could collect it the next day without any fuss. Thank you both x

Cashier got my paypoint top up wrong for gas and elec, even when i specified the amount i needed more than once, spoke to the manager in store and they had no intention to resolve the issue. Disgusted as this was a clear and visible error made by the cashier, please provide extra training for staff at the till so customers do not fall victims of your cashiers errors.

Very polite some of the staff wish there was more variety of stock some staff are unprofessional but most are very good at there jobs
