The service we had from Destini was phenomenal.
We are first time parents and I felt overwhelmed with the choice of prams and car seats available. Destini was honest with what she thought would suit our lifestyle and did not come across like a typical sales person. We left the store so happy and relieved after placing our order of our dream pram, car seat and two 360 bases for car seat.
Really happy with the service received. Will be going back for more bits!

I had a real issue with a baby car seat and iso fix, it?s actually been such a headache for me.
I went in to store and a lovely lady Sue and the ladies really went out their way to help me find what I needed. They rang another store and they didn?t need to do that really.
I?ve now ordered what I needed with their help so thank you for your customer service.

Terrible customer service. My husband and I have been undecided on prams and decided to head to store to see them. When we arrived 2 members of the team were stood chatting and half heartedly ask if we needed any help. We started to talking to a young lady who seemed only interested in pushing the Mama?s and Papa?s own range. I?m not sure if it was because the pushchair I wanted to see was on a high shelf, but she essentially said it wasn?t worth it because it would be bigger than the one she was showing me on the shop floor. She did eventually say she would get it down ?if I wanted?, but we declined and left the store. I did not feel she was listening to what I wanted or like at all. Won?t be returning.

Went into Mamas and Papas today to look for our pram, spoke with a lovely lady called sue and she was nothing but helpful and caring. She found us our perfect pram bundle and we couldn?t have been more happy with her service. Thank you so much Sue!! X

Fantastic range of baby products. Went to get a present for a friend and was spoilt for choice as to what to get! Ended up with a super cute babygro. Some lovely toys. Definitely not cheap but the quality is excellent.

I visited this store twice to buy a full travel system. Unfortunately when I visited the response was underwhelming. No one approached me until I went and asked for help.
Even then the saleswoman kept her responses short barely answering wht I ask for. Perhaps she thought I wouldn't buy it and hence not worth the time.
I went back to have some thinking time unfortunately my next visit I assumed would be more welcoming because I decided to buy it, but no.
She said oh u want it at this date? We can't promise that. Have a think over what u want to do and just walked out. This was disrespectful and left me perplexed. Unfortunately I was pushed for time and had to buy a full travel system here unwillingly.
This isn't how u treat customers when if they don't buy anything. Very cold and unwelcoming

Have been to this store many of times every time not one person has come over to help me! All they do is stand together chatting away! Will never give this store my money.

Absolutely wonderful store to visit. The store is laid out beautifully, really felt at ease in the surroundings. We had booked an appointment with the team and had the fortune of having Sue. She was exceptional, she put us at ease, didn't over complicate anything, gave us some honest and practical advice and was patient with us. It was a privilege to be assisted by her. Her experience and knowledge was really helpful. You can tell the team take pride in the store, it's a great place to visit as expectant parents.

Extremely happy with our service from all the staff at this store. Sarah the store manager came out to help adjust my child's car seat in the pouring rain. The rest of the staff were very helpful in giving me a good insight on the next best car seat for my child as he gets older.

Manager was helpful. Staff behind the till were not (all 3 of them).
While the manager was rushed off her feet supporting customers, the 3 behind the till were unhelpful.
They lacked the knowledge to answer questions, so instead made up answers, rather than admit they were unsure.
Despite being shown images and information from the mamas and papas website, they continued to insist that the Nuna TRVL LX stroller could not be used for a newborn (even with car seat).

We visited the mamas and papas at Gallagher retail park today and received great help from Phoebe. She was super helpful and gave us great advice, taking time to show us all the products we have questions about. She was also very knowledgeable and patient with us, although we didn?t purchase today but will be back soon when we have decided due to her great service.
