I visited the bank this month because my Internet banking was not working I called customer service and they tried to help me but they couldn't do it, then they suggested I should go to the bank so they could help me. I went to the bank the lady who was standing there was supposed to help us she was so rude I kept asking her for help and she kept ignoring me she said sit down as long as you want and call customer service I can't help. I am so disappointed with their services.
