Ordered the spicy slaw wrap which I had to wait 15 minutes for, once I got home and opened the wrap this I what I got... absolutely shocking! Will not be visiting again!!!

The Car Park was quite big, perfect for a busy day.
I walked in and there is a Kiosk that you can order on. It had a vast variety of diverse foods to choose from. However, it only gave me the option to take-out, not dine-in which was annoying and I had to tell the staff subsequently.
On the other hand, the food was given surprisingly quick. It was rapid. There was a kind cashier who handed me my food and I literally consumed it instantly. The food was scrumptious.
Good job KFC, keep it up ?
Vegetarian options: There is an option for vegetarians but there is not a lot of options.
Dietary restrictions: Rarely, it IS Halal. Yes, it is.
Parking: The location is in a busy motorway, well a Junction and is very packed with cars zooming about.

Food was EXTREMELY cold.
When he came to the door he said very rudely "rate me 5 five stars!" Overall food was quite bad therefore 1 star

I went J9 KFC today the server was very pushy as to finish of the order that I was giving, like anything else was repeated that's a down sale.
As I received the food it was cold chips were stale, and she slamed the window.
To add to that they were not busy and I was the only car at 12:00hrs
The staff should have a briefing everyday about customer skills and service but it looks clearly NOT !!!

The Food is Good but staff is playing with metric same like wolverhampton Branch.
I think it's new trend in kfc.
They give you order atleast 7 mins after the screen says your order is ready.
And One of the girl from staff which seems Senior, when I asked her about that she lied straight in my face that the machine is faulty.
