Piss poor went today paid 19 quid for a to wash noticed they put it through as a basic wash then claimed it was an error but would not put the car through again on the correct wash. Email sent to head office. P.s spoke to a supposedly manager on the phone who claimed it was an error but still would not rectify.

Opted for the Rain Protect package which was £12. Regardless of which package you get you receive a really good hand scrub and jet wash to begin with which feels like it helps with the initial clean.
But honestly this was well worth getting the higher range as not only do you get a good wheel wash and scrub which honestly was worth it (they defo weren't the best beforehand) but at the end of the machine you get a good rain coating. Checked the car straight after the clean and it was a lot of a lot better. The rain coating feels a lot better and holds better than when you go to a hand jet wash or a supermarket car wash.
We've never been before but can guarantee it'll be the regular now.

It does the job. You?re paying for the convenience to have your car cleaned without exiting your vehicle.
Dubois if the more expensive options lead to a visibly cleaner car but for 7 quid you can?t go wrong.
There are other places who hand wash your car for 15-20 quid but it?s 20-30 mins and this way, you?re done in 5-10 minutes at a push.
