Very good selection of quality beds and mattresses to choose from. We were helped by a fabulous sales consultant called Tracy, who guided us to make a choice we were happy with, without being pushy at all. We went away and came back the following day and dealt with Tracy both days.

Dealt with sales lady Sam. Sam gave my wife and I great service on Sunday, the last day of the FV sale in selecting a good quality bed. Sam gave us her time when the store was very busy. She made the ordering process straightforward and explained about the product warranty in detail. Sam give us confidence to order for 2 beds. Great customer service. Sam's a great asset to FV. Would recommend dealing with FV and Sam.

I had a fantastic experience at Furniture Village in Wednesbury while searching for a latex pillow. The customer service was exceptional, surpassing other stores I visited. The staff's knowledge and helpfulness brought me back, making it a standout shopping destination.The pillow I chose here was one of the better ones I tried.If you are searching for the best quality latex pillow then the Hynos latex is the one. It's not too bouncy (vertigo trigger) fits nicely under my neck and no smell to the latex at all.I honestly had the best sleep last night on my new pillow. I did not turn it over once like I do with my old memory foam to find a cooler side as this pillow has holes to dissipate the heat around you.I also have fibromyalgea, so finding a pillow that didn't leave me sore waking up was wonderful.I love my new pillow!Thank you for taking care of my needs.

Having visited a number of different furniture stores, in particular looking for a sofa for our new extension we found furniture village at Wednesbury , particularly good. However, this may be down to our experience with a particular sales consultant called Judith Wright.She is very knowledgeable very helpful without being pushy. She assisted in every regard and was very very patient. She allowed you time to think and reflect and went out of her way to assist us spending considerable time probing us about our Ideas and requirements putting forward suggestions to assist us. She made enquiries for us and provided us with sample swatches so that we could go home and check how they may look. Of all of the sales consultants that we came across in the last few weeks and there were many of them, she stands out by a country mile and we would absolutely recommend you going to see her and seeking her assistance. She is so helpful , cooperative and lovely with it.

Very plesent to be serviced by Kuly and impressed by his professional knowledge and advice. We bought a rug and a marble table set, but found out the table wouldn't be fit in, then went to Kuly again on the next day, and he's very polite and friendly to issue refund with the help of the manager. Thank you, we really like the design and quality of the furnitures here
