You pay for your prescription they give you half with 28 wrote on the box tell you to come back then have the cheek to say they don't owe you anything you've already had them plus the attitude they have is appalling making you out that you want more tablets for nothing when I didnt get the full lot in the first place because they never have any stock in, shocking the place is !!!!

Highly recommend! My son?s prescription hadn?t been authorised in time by the GP resulting in him not having it when needed. The pharmacy provided him with his formula despite being closed as we?re unable to get the stock anywhere else. Thank you so much for your help, brilliant staff! :)

The team consistently goes above and beyond?not just dispensing medication, but truly caring for their patients in every possible way. It?s clear they take pride in what they do, offering support, compassion, and professionalism at every step. Exceptional service like this is rare these days, and I wouldn?t go anywhere else. My prescriptions are always there when I go to collect and dispensed quickly and staff are always friendly. I've used it through NHS 111 where I was able to see a pharmacist who prescribed me antibiotics for sinusitis and saved me sitting up the urgent treatment center for hours, they've done on the spot blood pressure checks for me and the new WhatsApp service where you can message with any queries or questions is really useful! 4 instead of 5 stars purely because it could do with a freshen up on the decor and i sometimes feel uncomfortable with some of the customers in there but thats down to the area than the pharmacy itself.
