A large store in an accessible position. There was a wide range of beds and mattresses at competitive prices.
I opted for a quality item from the discount area.
The staff were all very pleasant, easy to talk to and helpful.
My only negative comment was the awful music in the store. It didn't inspire me to buy anything. That all went to the poor staff that had to suffer listening to it!

Very kind staff, they have good offers on quality matresses.
Jaswant made us feel comfortable while we did our purchase, he showed us all the options and let us decide wich one we wanted to choose. He also offered us cold water in a really warm day. I really appreciate all your help Jaswant.

Jaz was very helpful helping me choose a mattress.. he offered me to try out the sleep match machine to see what mattress type suited me so i could try them all out. He wasn't pushy at all he was very friendly & full of knowledge & greeted us on arrival couldn?t of been more professional in his approach

I had an amazing experience thanks to Jazz. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process of choosing the right mattress smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about the customers and know their stuff inside and out. We were looking to buy a double bed for our second bedroom . We were approached by Jaz who was extremely helpful . He showed us several combinations of bases , mattress and headboard to complete the purchase . He offered us a drink and checked sizes and firmness of mattress we required by us trying it out .We purchased today from Jaz arranging delivery date . He gave excellent customer service in the Wednesbury clearance outlet store. I will recommend him to family and friends as his knowledge and helpfulness was very good service 10/10 thank you Jaz !

Roy the manager of Wednesbury was absolutely amazing. He stayed over an hour after closing to ensure that we had the best mattress and bed that suited us. His knowledge and care was exceptional. Would recommend Roy to anyone. Thanks Roy!

Roy the manager waste of time Had cream headboard delivered with a black felt tip pen mark in the centre.Roy said the drivers already knew anout the fault .Did ask for a escalation call fron customer setvices.Had a e-mail said had been trying to contact me (i had no missed calls)saud they had spoken to store & they said they were not aware of the fault till i told them.Roy has made a frw comment but them makes out i am lying.No refund back as yet but they have offeref me £50 of vouchers.
Declined adking why would i ever want to use the store again

Lots of choice. Relaxing to walk around the Store. Clear descriptions of beds etc. Very reasonable prices. Member of Staff on duty, Vicky, was very helpful and informative. Drinks were offered during my purchase. Had a choice of delivery dates too. A happy customer.
