Briefly looked around today before being approached by Slim the store manager to help us choose the right mattress. No pressuring or upselling, just genuine customer service and helping us to find the perfect fit, even after we explained we weren't able to buy currently due to waiting to move. Really great guy and made us feel so welcome, we will definitely return here to make our purchase.

Popped in today just to have a little look around, get an idea of budget while we're in the midst of buying our first house, and we were offered help from Slim. He talked us through our options, even showed us their new technology for matching your mattress to your body and its needs (areas of pain, preferred sleeping position, etc), but he was already spot on with his initial advice on a mattress for us. Very knowledgeable and someone who clearly cares and has a passion for his job. Really impressed, thank you so much, Slim! We'll be back in as soon as we are able to make our purchase!

Not Looking for a new Mattress...but we bought one!!We didn't actually go into store (J9 M6) looking to buy a new mattress as previously we have bought a new Simba Pro Mattress which is only 1 month old but our backs/shoulders/hips are still aching and this is causing us to have bad nights sleep. We entered the store to see if a softer mattress would potentially suit us and to get a feel but was offered the chance to use the machine to see what's best suited for us, we were so impressed by the bed calculator machine!The sales representative 'Heather' was very kind, welcoming and friendly in store with no question unanswered, she was very knowledgeable and no request was too much. We felt very much at ease in 'Heathers' hands and she explained everything clear with such ease that even we simpletons understood what she was telling us. Heather was very helpful and in the end we could not resist buying a new mattress (the TheraPur 3600) & protector, we now have to send the Simba Pro back!! fingers crossed that the new Dreams mattress will eventually ease our pains so we can get back to a proper nights rest and waking up feeling refreshed for the day ahead!

I was pleasantly surprised as I visited purely to look at mattresses and prices. I expected the hard sell experience but Dominique was pleasant, helpful and left us alone to discuss and enjoy the testing of mattresses. There was at no point any pushy selling and she was informative.We ended up buying two mattresses and for the first time in ages, enjoyed the process ??well done Dominique and Dreams, please keep it up !
