Delivery driver extremely rude, didn?t even open his mouth to say hello or here?s your pizza. Miserable face and bad attitude.I?ve been ordering from here for over 3 years.

Worse dominos ever. The other week the delivery driver refused to bring my meal to my door because it was inside of gate??? Sorry out of order I was ill and I couldn?t really move or if I had children I wouldn?t be able to leave them inside and come to the entrance gate.
Secondly today I spend 61.40 of two pizza and other bits. I don?t eat pork, didn?t realise that there was pork on the pizza. I called up to see if there was anything that could be done about this and the rudest manger ever on the phone telling me to order again before they close in 10 mins. Terrible service. I get it I should have doubled checked but spending that much and demanding me to spend more was disgusting. Very money hungry

Had the gluten free veggie pizza which was very crumbly and not the best. Was also very salty - wouldn?t recommend.

I've ordered from here for the last 10 years always spending approx £30 for two people (which is pricey but its a treat, why not!). Recently when we have ordered the food hasn't been up to parr, such as the food not being cooked enough but we never really complain as its usually a one off. We ordered about 2 weeks ago and when the food arrived, it was actually raw!. The dough balls where raw dough, the pizza cheese hadn't melted yet and so we decided to not complain but put it in our oven to cook it ourselves! When it was finally cooked, we sat down to eat it but the food was inedible, tasting like washing up liquid. So we called the manager who really was not helpful. He asked us to send a photo of the pizza (which we did) to tell us that it was cooked 'look at the golden edges' he said. We told him that after spending £33, we had to cook it ourselves. He said that there was nothing he could do and basically put the phone down on us. It's extremely disheartening as my account history must tell dominos that we must have spent thousands over the years because its out favourite food.
We do not recommend this dominos purely for the customer service and lack of attention given from the manager of the store. We still recommend dominos, just not the wednesbury one! If your looking for a great pizza place, we tried papa johns last night and is now our new go to!!!

First time customer... popped in on my way home and ordered 2 pizzas for me and my daughter... was told it would be 15/20 minutes and cost £17.98 which is the going rate for most places... 17 minutes later my order was ready... great service and delicious pizzas will definitely go again ??

It's in Wednesburyy not Birmingham for a start. Just popped in to order, can't pay by cash, no where to sit for wait, cold customer side, had to wait in the car like everyone else. Food left on side no warning or signal that it was ready just had to guess. Food not hot as you would expect for freshly cooked.

Awful. Pizza was only warm when I got it, and had to put it in the air fryer to get it to a reasonable temperature.

Always a great pizza from here.Looks a bit chaotic behind the counter. Not unusual for staff to leave you waiting at the counter without acknowledgement.
